Running OS X 10.13.3 on 2017 MacBook Pro.
Safari Version 11.0.3 (13604.5.6)
When I used CMD-\ I got no response (as I used to). Clicking on the 1Password Icon didn't respond either. Tried several times.... launched the App manually and had similar issues. Don't know why

    @dcblack56 - That kind of problem could have many causes, so to get a better look at what might be going on with your specific setup, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
