1Password for windows keeps crashing. I tried reinstalling it, didn't work. I have no access to passwords. Windows 10 operating system

i have net framework 4.0 in installed. I am unable to generate a diagnostic report as the program does not allow me to start it . a window comes up to close the program.
@mitch1000: .NET Framework 4.0 is quite outdated. Please try to install 4.7.1 from here, reboot your PC, and let us know if the issue remains after that. Thank you!
