Cmd / pulling the wrong data

Hi, good morning,
I can't figure this one out! In Safari, when I go to and hit cmd /, 1Password pulls login credentials from another vault. I work primarily within vault #1, but a have 7 in total. The information being pulled is from vault #3. I have quit 1password & mini. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the extension. I have rebooted. I have emptied the cache. I'm fresh out of ideas. I cannot recreate this with other logins. Thanks.

    1. Have you recently been working in vault #3?

    3. Is the item that it pulls from in vault #3 also for

    Good morning @ag_kevin,
    1. Vault #3 is my partner's info, so yes, maybe 1-2 times a day I access that vault.
    2. So far just iCloud.
    3. I was trying to log into my icloud account in vault 1, but it was pulling my partner's icloud info from vault 3.

    1Password retains the selected vault between invocations. If you find yourself in that scenario again, hold down the command key and press the 1 key and it should switch you over to "Vault #1", command-0 would put you in all vaults.

    That's the problem, I am in vault #1 and the log in credentials are being pulled from #3. Even after I quit and relauch.

    I'd like to repeat the issue and take note of the date and time. Then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to [email protected].

    With your email please include:

    • The date and time that it pulled from vault 3 instead of vault 1.
    • A link to this thread:
    • Your forum username: iamecho

    That way we can "connect the dots" when we see your diagnostics in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number.  Please post that number here so we can track down the diagnostics and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
