Subscription Payment Failed


I'm having an issue paying for an annual subscription. I got an email today saying that my subscription payment failed. I logged into your website to make sure my card info was correct. I added my card again in case there was an issue with it but when I do I get another email saying the subscription failed again. I am sure my card info is correct and there are no issues with the card. What should I do?

    Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us! I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with billing.

    I've reviewed your account, and it appears that Stripe (our payment processor) did end up successfully charge your card. No further action is required on your part, and you shouldn't see any notices related to billing until your next invoice.
