My 1PW membership is frozen but I have been billed through iTunes

I cannot edit my 1PW account as it is frozen but I can show that I was billed through iTunes.

    I have been billed for the last two months through iTunes but I remain frozen out of my 1 PW account/membership

    @Suicidal_Phoenix: Then it sounds like you either did not apply the Apple subscription to the account, or you have more than one. This isn't something we can help you with in a public forum though since account details are involved, so please shoot us an email at [email protected] from your account's registered email address and post the Support ID you receive here so we can help.
