Emergency Kit explanation please ...
I use 1Password in all my Apple Devices .
Until now, It's very simple for me : 1 (One) Password "Opens" my secure data .
Can someone explain in SIMPLE WORDS why do I need to use Emergency Kit and "Secret Key" ?

Accounts and the emergency kit refer to the newish subscription model. If you have a stand-alone licence then you don't have an account.
You might want to consider changing to a subscription, see https://support.1password.com/why-account/ for information. But you don't have to if you are happy with the current setup.
I would take a look at the All Vaults section of preferences, and see if Primary is selected, as this is the stand-alone vault.
