Where did my 1password go? chrome extension won't work and the mac application says it can't opened

It works on my iphone but it's gone on my mac. Please help. I use 1Password every single day. I'd love to email support directly and not post to a public forum. Please help me.

Extension Version: 4.7.0.90
OS Version: 10.12.5
Sync Type: Dropbox
