in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hi! Whenever I log-in to a page, the automatic pop-up window from 1password shows up, suggesting me to save passwords in my vault. However, the "save password"-button does not work. How can I get around this?

    Could you please specify the version of 1Password app on your PC, where you have all of your data? Is it 1Password 4?

    Is it possible that you have two versions of 1Password installed now, 1Password 6 and 1Password 4? Please check and let me know if my hunch is correct here.

    That is strange. Do you happen to use a local vault in 1Password 6 or 1Password account? If it is the latter, please share a diagnostics report from 1Password 6 on this computer, so we could take a look. Thank you! :+1:
