I'll close the topic for you, but for the future, if you have a question or problem with 1Password, please choose a method of contacting support, and stick with it. When we have to coordinate between multiple points of contact (Twitter, email, this forum, Facebook...) it can get very confusing and results in slower support times for everyone, including you.
