Website not working with 1Password

Hi there,

We're having a problem with a certain website not working properly with 1Password.

This is the website address:
https://eservice.readyrefresh.com/Pages/signin.aspx

  • On Mac, the 1Password browser extension only fills in the username, but not the password.
  • On iOS, the 1Password extension doesn't fill in anything -- neither the username nor the password.

Any way to fix this on both Mac and iOS?

    @scotty321 - thanks for reporting. However, I was just able to save a new login manually and submit the data successfully in 1Password for Mac. Can you try re-saving your information manually, using the steps at that link, and see what you come up with?
