Problem with password when trying to import vault

I've had to re-install Win 10 on my PC. I've installed the password app, however when I try to import my old vault it's rejecting my password. I'm going to "Import", pointing it to my vault folder on Dropbox, but when I enter my master password I get the message that it's incorrect. I've never changed my master password.

Any ideas?
