My account is disabled. Can't log back in

My 1Password account was frozen because of an expired credit card. I tried to update my profile but message is that my username or Key or Master Password is not correct. I usually log in my phone with Touch ID. I have no way of knowing what I am doing wrong. I'm sure the Key is correct because I have a copy. I'm sure the Master password is correct because I don't remember ever changing it. Username?? No way to reset it.
