Image ist not recognised

Hi,

I have found an old Knox datbase file an wanted to open it but there is an error message, which says the "Image is not recognised". I am using Mac OsX High Sierra. How can I open the file or is there no way of opening it?

Best,
Marcus

@marcus_am - Probably the best way to do that would be if you have access to an older Mac onto which you could install Knox 2.3.2, then right-click the file and choose "Open With" and select Knox. It's possible the file itself is corrupted, but that would give you the best chance of finding out for certain.

Failing that, you could potentially download Knox directly onto your High Sierra install and do the same thing. In either case, however, there's no guarantee it will work, since we don't know what condition/state the file itself is in.

Finally, you should be able to open it up directly with Finder's Disk Image Mounter in High Sierra (again, right-click to select it). Let us know how you get on!
