Pressing the "CMD+," does not launch the Preferences window as expected. Selecting "Preferences ..." from the "1Password 7" menu works without incident.

Hey @OAW! Thanks for the report. Could you restart your computer to see if the issue is still there? It's also working for me on macOS 10.13.3, so the macOS beta you're using might be the cause. Let us know how that restart goes. :)

Closing the main 1Password app and the menu bar app and then relaunching the main app seems to have restored this functionality for me.

@OAW Try using the shortcut Command , (comma). This is the shortcut for preferences in all Mac apps.

@Dianeoforegon I think that's what OAW was doing, they just wrote it a little differently than you.

    CMD+, ("command plus comma")

    Didn't see the comma.

If a shortcut is not working, then try selecting the shortcut from the Menu bar. If that works, it's possible there is a conflict in shortcuts assigned. Often a user will add a custom shortcut that is already used by the system then neither will work properly. As a general rule when making your own shortcut use 3 commands plus a letter. e.g. Command, Option, Control S

Indeed, conflicting shortcuts can happen from time to time. :)

@yphoenix, if quitting 1Password completely (Control-Option-Command-Q) doesn’t resolve things, is it possible there is a custom shortcut set in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts that may be conflicting?

Quitting 1Password and the menu bar extension and relaunch fixed it.
