I was offered a $10 credit to come back, I came back but not $10 credit, any ideas?

@FrankM21: That would be something attached to your existing account. Did you maybe setup a new one instead? You can also view your invoice on the billing page of your account:

Thanks for answering. I had a free trial and I decided not to subscribe. Then I received an email with the $10 offer. On the billing page it had the offer but it was grayed out. It said I had to add a credit card to get the credit and when I added one it charged me the whole amount with no way to select the $10 credit.
