Apple appstore subscription problem

I have a problem I subscribed to your application with the apple appstore but when I go in the manager of my subscriptions, 1password does not appear.

I used another email address than my apple account to create my 1password account.

I click abonement on the application on mac and it subscribes automatically without asking for my credit card.

So how do I do if I want to cancel my subscription?

    @roma3994: If you subscribed through Apple, you will need to cancel through your Apple ID:

    But if you've subscribed through 1Password.com directly, you can manage your billing right on the website:

    https://start.1password.com/billing

    @roma3994: I'm confused. Originally you said:

    But if you did not actually subscribe through your Apple ID, you won't be able to manage your subscription through Apple.

    Did you try managing it through the website? If you setup billing there instead, that will work for you:

    https://start.1password.com/billing

    However, if you did not setup billing for your 1Password.com account at all, either through Apple or through our website, you won't have an active subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can, however, setup billing through the website at any time to ensure your account does not get frozen:

    @roma3994: Ah, sorry, thanks for clarifying. The only way you'd have it managed through Apple is if you signed up there, but I get what you mean: you didn't actually subscribe. Since I see that you've also emailed us separately I'll reply to you there shortly and we can work out the details.
