I have just set up 1Password and I need to talk to someone
I have set up account via the website, installed the app on my Mac and have installed the extensions. I found a tutorial which is completely confusing me. I didn't know about setting up vaults so started to set up logins under personal. Then I learned about vaults, created one in my name, then moved the logins to the my named vault. Then I find that they have been moved on the website but not on the app. I don't want to spend time entering any more data until 1Password makes more sense. HELP. I am extremely frustrated.

Welcome to the forum, @lhargrave! I'm curious what tutorial you may have encountered, but only so I know where things might have gone wrong.
When you installed 1Password for Mac, what did you do at the Welcome (new user) screen? Did you choose to sign into your 1password.com account? Or did you do something else, like creating a standalone vault? Something else?
