Import from LastPass Not Capturing Credit Cards or Identities
Used Chrome to export my LastPass vault via LP's website (per your new instructions). Copied and pasted into the 1Password web import tool. Only one credit card was imported, which was of a "Generic" form fill type in LastPass. None of the other credit cards (which used LastPass's "Credit Card" form type) and none of my Identities (which used LastPass's "Generic" form type) were imported - at all.

OK after further investigation, it appears this is a problem with LastPass - they do not export "Form Fills", only Secure Notes. Lame.

To get your form fill profiles exported, you need to use the Lastpass extension. The statement in Agilebit's instructions stating "LastPass doesn’t export Form Fill Profiles" is incorrect.
To import these, you'll need to use the lastpass converter - it can handle all of your entries and form fill profiles. Use the 1.10 release, in Testing Bits, mentioned in the first post of the converter suite thread.
See the README.pdf, especially the specific Lastpass export instructions in the README.pdf for exporting your data.
