I cannot sign into my 1Password account on line
I purchased the family account to get everyone using 1Password.
I have my Secret Key and my Master Password. Both work to unlock my vault on both my MacOS and iOS platforms. But I cannot sign into my account at 1password.com.
What is happening. I'm so frustrated and I've been unable to share 1Password with any family members.
