I used to have a finger password to get into 1 password. I stopped working. How do I get the finger unlock function back?

Hi @mjcronin13

The only way to re-enable Touch ID after it has become unavailable (either due to a timeout or too many unsuccessful attempts) is to enter your Master Password. Once you’ve entered your Master Password you should then be able to unlock using Touch ID again on subsequent launches.
