My 1Password vault is empty. I can sign in to UI but there is nothing in my vault.

I am away from home and trying to access 1PASSWORD PRO version. Saw “syncing”animation when 1PW opened, then an empty vault. What’s up? Happened on iPad then on iPhone.

    Are you using a 1Password subscription membership? If so had you migrated your data into a 1Password.com based vault before attempting to login? When not using a membership AgileBits does not store your data. It is by default stored only on the device you’ve entered it on.
