I forgot my master password. How do I reset it and access my account under the same subscription?
I started with the trial version on my iPhone 7 and then purchased an annual subscription. I can't remember my master password so I tried to follow the instructions to reset it by deleting it on my phone and restarting. I tried to create a new vault with a new master password, but I don't think I did it right because I don't think I'm actually in the account. How do I access my account or start a new one with the new master password without having to pay for a new subscription?

@monay89: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! It does sound like you created a new local vault, an those are not at all connected to a 1Password.com account. (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither access to your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. You can try as many times as you want. You won’t be “locked out”, but you will not be able to access your data unless you can enter the required Master Password correctly. Please let me know how it turns out.
