I am having the same problem. I have 1Password installed on my Mac devices and I am spending a lot of time with set up and troubleshooting on my HP that I use for work that is running off of Windows 7. I also need a 1Password account for my business partners but I am getting frustrated.

Can someone help? Is there any chance that I can talk to someone? Thanks, Keith
