Can't login with e-mail/security key/master password - new account

I set up a new account a few days ago and I can not login in to the account.

    The Master password that I have does work on the standalone version of 1Password that I have on my Mac. It does not work with the online version of 1Password.

    @carlabfischer: If you setup a different Master Password for your account than then one you setup for the Primary vault you're using on your device, then you'll need to enter the correct one depending on the situation. The app unlocks with the Master Password of the first vault/account you have setup there. Have you migrated your data to your account?

    Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account

    The last part of that process is to remove the Primary vault, which would help you avoid this kind of confusion going forward. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
