Does the $9.99 pro version offer a backup feature or do I just rely on the icloud ?

I downloaded the free version of 1Password long ago and it looks like I still have the option of purchasing the $9.99 one time pro version.

If I do, does it still backup data in iCloud? Thanks for your help!

    It is still possible to purchase the Pro features and sync your data with iCloud, yes. Please note that this is not the same as a backup though. For example if an item were deleted or corrupted that deletion / corruption would likely be synced to iCloud. I’d highly recommend making backups in addition to syncing.
