This just started to happen and I can't find anywhere in preferences to fix it. Can you help???

What do you have your keyboard shortcut to activate 1Password set to? You can check in 1Password > Preferences > General. Is it possible that you're accidentally hitting this keyboard shortcut?

I have X'd out Lock 1Password, Show 1Password mini and Fill Login on current web page in Keyboard shortcuts area. Let's see if that will help.
