Emptying the Trash via the CLI?

Performing a "delete" of a document via the CLI just puts the document into the Trash folder. Is there a way to subsequently empty the Trash folder via the CLI?

As an alternative, is there any way to directly delete a document via the CLI without putting it into the Trash folder, at all?

My goal is to use the CLI and only the CLI to completely remove a document (or any item, actually).

Thank you very much.

  • There is no way to do either of those at the moment. The second option isn’t something that’s currently possible even at the API level.

I want to see us add the ability to empty the trash though.

Well, I'll certainly be glad to utilize that ability, if you folks implement it.
