Hi,

I chose to to upgrade my trial account to family to just add my wife and at the same time add billing information as having a family account at the advertised $4.99p/m seemed a good deal - yet under billing it reports I will be billed annually at the rate of $5.99p/m

Where did the extra $1p/m come from for a 2 person family?

    In what country do you live?

    The price is initially quoted without any taxes, but VAT needs to be added if you live in the European Union, and AgileBits don't know where you live until you enter theat information.
