Keyboard does not show properly with navigation bar hidden

I have my system navigation bar set to auto-hide. When I bring up the 1Password keyboard, it cuts off the top row of keys:

After I authenticate with 1Password, the "Fill Username" and "Fill Password" buttons do not appear properly:

Sometimes I can get them to appear if I switch focus between different input fields. These only seem to be an issue when the navigation bar auto-hides.

Thanks!
Nick

  • Hey @nguarracino. We recently improved filling so that you no longer need to use the 1Password keyboard to fill. Can you try enabling and using Autofill and/or our accessibility service instead? If you do so, you should see an 'Autofill with 1Password' prompt in login fields, and can tap that to fill without switching keyboard. Does this help with filling?

Thanks, @peri. I was aware of the improved filling. It does indeed work for apps but I use Firefox as my browser, which does not appear to be supported yet. So that's why I had been sticking with the keyboard for now.

Ah, gotcha. Thanks for reporting this. We'll see what we can do. :)
