I upgraded to the family plan. In the import, all of previous attachments within my vault has disappeared.

@keithkesler: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! 1Password.com accounts use Documents, which are separate items, for files, not attachments. These are converted in the migration process:

Did you do something else, maybe copying the data over to your new account manually? In that case, there would be no conversion. Otherwise, (deleted item) can show up if there's connection issue during upload. Have you looked under the Documents category? Please sign into your account on 1Password.com in your web browser and let me know if you see them there.
