1Password 7 (standalone) will not quit

Just purchased and installed 1Password 7 (standalone). Syncing with DropBox OK. I cannot quit the application; Cannot quit from menu, Command-Q or the Dock.

I don't want to ForceQuit via the Finder in case I trash my vault.

Please HELP!!

OK I found the answer. For some reason you need to Ctrl-Opt-Cmd-Q to quit. My feedback FWIW is that this behaviour is really annoying - is there a technical reason for it?
