Hey, I have found a little problem with different screen sizes, not that easy to get but maybe it's worth a look :+1:

Steps to reproduce:

  • Use more than one screen
  • The screens must have differrent sizes (e.g. 2560x1440 and 1920x1080)
  1. Open 1 Password 7 and let it fit on the bigger monitor to the side beetween 2 monitors of a different size

  2. Then move it to the other side on the smaller screen

  3. Finally move it back to the bigger monitor and there it is, the window uses the height of the smaller screen

By using the shortcut [win] + [arrow-down] it gets the right height then.
I think this would be something for 7.1 then, not a really big issue :chuffed:

Thank you, lumarel

    Hi @lumarel,

Thanks for reporting that. There are a few issues we have with mixed monitors setup like that, it's why Windows key + Right/Left arrow keys won't work either.

We plan to fix this in a future update for sure. Thanks again!

    Hi @MikeT,

Oh ok, great to hear that this issues are already getting addressed!
The rearranging of the window with Windows key shortcuts works on my machines without any problems :chuffed:

You're welcome! I just try to report what I find :+1:

  • Well, they're not getting addressed, just confirmed. We have tried to address them a few times and they kept coming back. We'll find a proper fix.
