GDPR compliant Data Processing Agreement

Is there a presigned Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available somewhere? In order to be GDPR compliant, there needs to be a signed agreement between the Processor and Controller.

Should we send you our own DPA (and to where?) or do you have a pre-signed agreement we can download somewhere?
