Trail Expired - tried process to remove, but still there

I have been using 1password since January 2016 after purchasing it via the app store. Last week the chrome extension stopped working and I got the "trail expired" note on the extension and app.

I went through the process on your support page with no luck: https://support.1password.com/trial-expired/?src=bitbot

I sent an e-mail to support but have not heard back (support tag #INR-23865-635)

What do I need to do to keep using version 6 with the chrome extension?
