Latest update to 1Password7 in the App Store
The latest update will not update. Getting the message… Click Continue to quit “1Password 7” and begin the update. The application will open when the update is complete. Tried this several times and still doesn't update. Don't know what to do. Using this version: 1Password 7

There seems to be a bug with the App Store version currently that prevents updates unless you first fully quit 1Password 7. In order first to fully quit 1Password 7 you need to press control + option + command + Q. You should find you're then able to install the App Store update.

I think it's because you can't quit the quick-launch app...

Thank you for the assist @Stephen_C! Indeed quitting 1Password 7 with control + option + command + Q before the update should do the trick. We're looking into improving this for the future. :)
