Need help migrating from individual to family plan.

Hi folks,

You guys are one of my favorite apps. Thank you for what you do!

I need help upgrading from an individual account to a family account. I went ahead and cancelled my individual subscription through the iTunes store. Based on some other threads, I think there's some additional work needed to be done to facilitate this. Any additional info I can provide? Thanks!
