just upgraded new iPad... but cant post in iOS category..Why?

more info: i try to post a question. a category is required to post. i choose category “iOS”. Then nothing....will not accept iOS as a category??
My query is why does Touch id stop working after i switched my new iPad 12.9 from my oldiPad 9.7..... everything else works....except touch ID said something about changing my fingerprint in new pad conflicts with fingerprint in old pad..?? Really?

OK. more info.... i upgraded my iPhone 6 to iOS 11.4 at same time i installed new iPad 12.9 sys. iPhone DOES still work with touch ID!!!

To me, that means my new iPad with new fingerprints somehow stopped touch ID working on new pad....since i populated the new Pad with latest Backup from old Pad... that must cause the loss of TouchID on new Pad...

maybe i should delete 7.0.6 from new Pad, then re-install 1PW on to new Pad...what do you think?

well...this time it Worked....But did not ask me for Category//?

this is using my new iPad...populated from old 6 yr old iPad. Did the populating at Apple store. Looked like it worked to me?

ver 7.0.6 for 1PW, iOS 11.4,
phone upgraded to 11.4 at same time
phone works fine including touch ID
iPad fails touch ID ....b/c new fingerprints not same as on oldiPad

How do i fix this & get touch ID working on new iPad?
