Importing vault from dropbox

I've recently updated my account and I've followed the steps of installing the new versions. When i'm trying to import my old vault from dropbox i'm not able to get passed step 2... Using my new password i can't login to 1password to get to import.

1) Get 1Password for Windows, install it, and open the app. -
2) Click “Sign in to 1Password.com” on the welcome screen. - where is this?

3) In your browser, sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
4) Click your account name in the top right and choose Get the Apps.
5) In 1Password, click “Scan your Setup Code” and choose “From my screen”.
6) Enter your Master Password and select “Sign in”.

    Thank you for getting in touch! I am sorry to hear you bumped into difficulties with your new account.

    If you have already added your account to 1Password app on your Windows PC, there is no need to sign in to your account again. Please try to follow the steps in this guide to move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
