I have a new computer. Unable to login to 1P as I didnt have a master. I signed up for membership. Signed in but data is gone. I still have it on IPAD thru dropbox sync. Afraid of losing data. What do I do? Is this a new account? Where is old account?

On IPAD I have option to sign in to 1P account...Will this synch the two? Is there 2?
