Lost 2FA code for 1Password account

I have had a 2FA method for my 1Password account for a while and now that I updated to the version 7, the One Time Password just disappeared completely from the app. I cannot login to my account and it is a massive problem for me. I have sent you two emails since this morning, and no one replied me. Please help me ASAP!!!
