Hello,

The 1password extension on Firefox is greyed out and not responsive on
clicking.

I am currently running:

FireFox: 60.0.2

The 1Password browser extension is installed and active. Last updated June
24,2018 (Downloaded for Agile Bits) 4.7.2.90

1Password:1Password 7 Version 7.0.4 (70004001) AgileBits Store

OS: Mac Os Sierra 10.12.6 Late 2009 iMac

I have quit and reloaded both Firefox and 1Password without any changes.
Interestingly, when Firefox first loads, the 1Password extension is not
greyed out (for a few seconds)

Both Firefox and 1Password are in the same \Applications folder.

There is no issue with the 1Password browser extension in Safari or
Vivaldi.

sincerely,

Niran

  • Hi @NiranS

Both Firefox and 1Password are in the same \Applications folder.

To clarify: they are both in /Applications, not a sub-folder of /Applications, correct? They cannot be in a sub-folder.

Hi Ben, both programs are in the /Application folder. The issue has been resolved. Apparently all I needed to do was turn my Mac off.

  • Glad to hear you were able to find a resolution. Thanks for the update.
