Yearly subscription

I reinstalled 1Password and started the 7 day trial to get things back up and running again. As mentioned earlier I already paid for the year earlier this month.

I've sent emails but got no response. I need a license for the new account.

I'm using the same email and payment method. When can I expect the refund and/or new key?

    We generally work on a first come first served basis which is determined by the timestamp of the most recent message received.
