Unlocking 1PWX, plus Hello...

Just got the subscription... Why is 1PWX not automatically unlocked if 1PWW7 is already unlocked (with Hello)? Why is there no integration with Hello, the one with 1PWW7 works great? Plus, why isn't 1PWX unlocking on all instances of chrome like 1PW did?

Feeling sad...

1Password X is a stand-alone extension, you'll have to use the "classic" extension if you want the desktop app and Chrome to be connected.

Thank you @smnstrk, the classic works as expected

This is unbelievable... OK, I just don't get the advantage of 1PWX over the classic then, 1PWX is like two steps back :'( >_<

Well the advantage is quite clear, many people don't want/need a desktop app. 1PX is perfect for them.

Indeed, some folks prefer the simplicity of 1Password X, but we built it primarily because it would be impossible for folks on Linux, Chrome OS, or restricted corporate machines to use 1Password at all otherwise. Since it runs solely in the browser, it fills a real need for a lot of people. But we've still got the desktop extensions for folks who are able to run the full native 1Password apps. Cheers! :)
