Hi, I was using the 1 password for a while with some login item created under my account. However, when I recently get back to this app, it's said my account got frozen. After I purchase a family plan and join the team, I got an VIP account under same email address but sign-in using a different sign-in address. I did not record the secret key for the VIP account so I can't really log-in to that VIP account. Apparently, register under VIP program did not make my old account reactivate. To the best of my knowledge, this created another account with same email address but in different sign-in server. Am I right? If so, since I did not record the secret key, how can I use my VIP account? Thanks.
