About the synchronization of documents

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I added a document in the company to 1password, but when I was at home, I wanted to download this document and I couldn't download it.
After clicking, although the save box pops up, but after I clicked Save, nothing happens. Why?

    @tpjaord: When you click it, 1Password is asking you where you'd like to save it. When it's in 1Password, it's encrypted and cannot be used at all. You'd need to save it somewhere to be able to open the file. The only real except to this is an image, since Windows can display those inline.
