2FA not accepted for 1Password.com on a new device

Hi, I have had 2FA enable for 1Password.com Families account for some time. Today I was logging in on a new Windows 10 laptop but the code was not accepted. I had to disable 2FA on one of the old machines where I was already logged in. The new laptop is in the same time zone and time and date are synced. I am using Authy app for 2FA codes. Has anyone experienced this before? I have never had similar problem with any other service.

    If the time is slightly off on a device, then it will give the wrong 2FA code. Could that be the problem?

    @gmmarcin: Indeed, definitely make sure that your time/date/zone setting is exactly right. On Wi-Fi-only devices, this can sometimes not work well, so setting it manually can help.
