Can't find account number

I am getting a prompt to "subscribe" but I have been using 1Password for more than 6 years across many platforms. I can't find my account number - looked everywhere. Not sure I need it even, as everything is working fine.
Truthfully, accounts are all a mess - don't sync - but they hold my brain so I must continue using them! Is there anyway to get professional installation assistance?

    I’m really sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with your 1Password setup. This is a public forum, so I won’t be able to discuss account specifics with you (for that, please feel free to email us). However, I’d be happy to do some general troubleshooting with you here.

    There are two different ways to use 1Password:

    • 1Password.com account (recommended)
    • Standalone license (for advanced users)

    Accounts come with access to all of the latest versions of the 1Password apps, automatic syncing and backups, the ability to view and manage your data on 1Password.com, access to features like Travel Mode, and more!     The Secret Key (which is what I believe is the “account number” in your original post), is a credential that is exclusive to 1Password.com accounts. When signing into your account, you should be prompted for your email address, Master Password, and Secret Key.

    It sounds like you might have started by using a standalone license, and then later signed up for an account. If this is the case, you can find your Secret Key on any devices that you’re signed into your acccount on, or on your Emergency Kit: https://support.1password.com/secret-key/

    1Password.com accounts are a subscription-based service, which is why you’re being prompted to subscribe. If you’d like to keep using your account, then you’ll need to subscribe to a plan. Otherwise, you can continue using a standalone license that you purchased for as long as you would like.
