I purchased a new standalone license to upgrade from 4 to 7. Dropbox is no longer synching.

Options

Dropbox stopped synching between iPhone, iPad (both on latest version) and new PC. (Windiws 10). Checked Dropbox and saw two files 1Passwird.legacy..... and second file 1Password.opvault. I just purchased a standalone license to upgrade from Windows 4 to 7. Also loaded 7 on new PC.
How do I fix this?
Can I switch to subscription service and if so, how?
