Automatically and regularly reset passwords.

Our compliance regulations require us to rotate all our passwords on a regular basis. Is there a way to get 1Password to reset passwords on a regular basis so that if we take someone off our team they no longer have access to any of the accounts even if they copied all the passwords locally?

For high security "privileged" passwords we may need to reset them after every use. Could you support that capacity. I'm told apps such as "CyberArk" have this capacity. Is 1Password comparable to this?

    Hi Josh ( @joshdyck ),

We do not offer an automated process for changing passwords. There is a fairly comprehensive thread on the subject from last year here:

    Feature Request: Auto-Change Passwords — 1Password Forum

I’m not aware of any plans to implement such a feature, but if we could find a way to do so reliably and securely I do see how it could be a boon to many organizations.
