Frozen account on Galaxy S8 Chrome

I have use the 1password as a trial - it expired which in turn made the account frozen. I have now subscribed and its working on my PC.
The Chrome browser on my Galaxy S8 it's not working - The chrome extension on the phone is not able to understand that the account is unfrozen.
I can't see where I can "reinstall" the extension on my Chrome browser in Android.

    I uninstalled the 1password app - after reinstalling it worked.
